Standard Shipping

Orders are received and processed daily from our warehouse in Florida. We try our best and strive to ship the same day if ordered before 12 noon. Please allow for 2-3 business days during peak seasons.

Items ship via UPS Ground, US Postal Priority Mail, DHL or Fed-Ex. Items may ship separately, and take 4 to 10 business days for delivery in the Contiguous US.

All of our LED Lights carry a 1 year warranty.



Return Policy

Any Defective merchandise will be exchanged* or repaired* at our discretion within 1 year from purchase.

To receive RA # for a repair you will need to call our 1-888-893-3308 # Mon-Fri 10A-4P Eastern Time

If you receive a light that has become defective and has not been altered in any manner. Call us direct at the above listed 888# and we can discuss the options available to you.

If a light has become defective and has been altered by any means. Then any repair that is needed will be charged to the customer.

  • If a cigarette lighter plug or control box has been removed from the unit and the circuit board has to be replaced this will cost $45 + shipping of $9.99 for a new circuit board to be installed and for the unit to be shipped back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.
  • If the cigarette lighter plug or control box is removed from any light and the light heads burned out this repair will cost $20 per LED section + $9.99 to ship back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.

Call Tags- We do not issue call tags for exchanges or repairs.

If an item becomes defective and has not been altered. We will reimburse you for shipping back to us up to USPS First Class mail or Priority Flat Rate which ever is the least expensive within 30 days of purchase. Once repaired we will pay for Priority mail back to you.

If an item has been altered. We will not reimburse you for the shipping back to us. And you will be required to pay the current USPS Priority rate to send the item back to you.

Abuse

The warranty does not cover broken wires or pulled loose solder.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive a wrongly shipped item. If it is an error on our part we will reimburse you up to priority mail to return the item. Once the item is received in unopened unused condition we will ship out the correct item at our cost.

If you order the wrong item or color we will exchange it for you. You will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
