The Reflex Traffic Advisor C-4 Series is one of ETD’s most popular products because it handles multiple tasks and has Reflex Optics which give it the widest light spread of any bar light in our inventory. The C4-4 has 4 chambers each with (4) 3-watt Generation IV LEDs which equates to 48 Watts (over 14,000 lumens) of bright piercing light that shines in a full half circle out from the light bar. The waterproof housing is made of aluminum and polycarbonate and sealed with industrial grade epoxy. Like all traffic advisors, it comes with traffic signal lights which tell motorists to move Left/Right or to go around Both ways. In total there are 26 flash patterns with pattern memory, and you select your color preference from 7 split-color combinations or 5 solid colors. The C4-4 has a 12’ cable with color-coded wires making it easy to hardwire the light bar to existing systems or to a multi-function switch such as our Mini-Mega Power Switch. It runs with 12-24V and won’t drain your battery; it can also be mounted on the interior as well. Surface mount brackets are included for easy installation.
The C4’s are perfect for inner city work because the Reflex Optic lens produces a very broad light designed to fill an area with high-intensity light, so that nothing goes unnoticed. Having sufficient light to see everything around you is not only crucial for your safety, but essential to quickly assess a situation. Because the C4-4 is only 19” long, it is perfect to mount in pairs. Remember if you are a DIY sort of person, then check out the Installation Guide found in the Knowledge Base section of our website. You’ll find all the info you need.
