Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the dollar amount of your order . The cart below details these charges as they will appear at the time of check out. International customer will be charged for the actual shipping costs to ship outside of the USA . Costs will be provided to you for approval prior to collecting funds for shipping and prior to shipping the order.

We have an extensive shipping process in our warehouse. The item is picked from the shelf by one of our warehouse staff while utilizing a multi-million dollar inventory control/picking system. If the item is a custom build it is built by one of our certified technicians then picked for shipping. Then the item is moved to our packaging station where our warehouse staff will securely package your item(s). They will place a packing list inside your order, after checking off the items on the list to insure your order is complete, single item orders do not receive a packaging list. In the event any item(s) are missing from your shipment due to in stock, this will be notated on the packing list. The package will then be sealed. At that point we will capture the size and weight of the package with items inside. This helps to insure all of the correct items are being shipped to you the customer. Extreme Tactical Dynamics uses USPS and UPS for our shipping needs as they have proved over the years to be the most reliable. Occasionally we will use a different shipper if requested by the customer only. Our shipping process continues by printing a shipping label for you package, placing the shipping label on to the package then it is placed in one of the outgoing pick up carts awaiting daily pick up from USPS or UPS. USPS or UPS then pick up the carts of packages and transit to you begins. Shipping time will vary depending on your geographical location to our facility. Standard Ground/Priority Mail - generally ships within 2-4 business days.
UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver - Please note for Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver there is a additional fee and you must call our customer service department to provide shipping quotes and process this method of shipping for you (quotes are determined by delivery address, weight and size of package). Order ships next business day as long as the order is placed and the additional shipping costs paid for by 3 pm EST
UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select - Please note for 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select there is a additional fee and you must call our customer service dept to provide shipping quotes and process this method of shipping for you (quotes are determined by delivery address, weight and size of package) Order ships next business day as long as the order is placed and the additional shipping costs paid for by 3 pm EST
Multi-color upgrades, Customization to products, Weatherproofing, Alternating color orders - will need to be built and generally ship within 5-7 business days however can take up to 10 business days.
All orders are assigned a tracking number. Once your package has been printed a shipping label you will be provided the tracking information via automated email from our shipping system. We will also post tracking information as a status update in your account. If you registered for a account when you placed the original order you will be able to log in to your account to see status updates.
If you need to track your package please allow up to 48 business hours for the package tracking number to be updated into the USPS or UPS tracking system, as they do not scan our packages when they are picked up at our facility due to our large pickups.

By providing tracking information we are able to help provide you with the shipping service providers(USPS or UPS) estimated delivery date. It is the purchasers responsibility to be present for all deliveries. Extreme Tactical Dynamics is not responsible for delivered packages that are stolen from your delivery address. Extreme Tactical Dynamics is not responsible in the event there are delays due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters or holidays that may cause delays in transit. Please note all refused or return to sender packages will be refunded minus all actual shipping costs incurred to Extreme Tactical Dynamics.
Extreme Tactical Dynamics uses USPS and UPS for our international shipments. All international orders must call for international shipping prices. Brokerage fees are included in the shipping costs. On occasion the destination country may apply a customs fee or tax to your import. This fee or tax is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the purchaser has requested signature required for their package it is the purchasers responsibility to be available for the delivery. If the purchasers shipping address is known to have stolen packages or if there is a general concern by the customer it is highly recommended that the customer request signature required to avoid any delivery issues. Please notate this request when placing your order in the "notes/comments" section of the order. If a signature required shipment is returned for failure to receive the item the purchaser will be responsible for any and all cost associated with the return shipping fees and reshipping costs incurred to Extreme Tactical Dynamics.
BACK ORDERED SHIPMENTS:
Extreme Tactical Dynamics utilizes a multi-million dollar inventory control system which helps Extreme Tactical Dynamics maintain a high percentage level of in stock on the 2,600 + SKUs we carry. Our inventory control system alerts us to any items it is forecasting for us to run out of . This allows us to put these item into emergency production. Along with our inventory control system we have developed a internal ordering algorithm with the purpose to eliminate emergency production order and help to maintain a high level of stock. On occasion an item of a particular color may run out. Extreme Tactical Dynamics will rarely have a out of stock situation across a products color spectrum which allows us to offer you a different color option on the same product. In the event you have purchased a item or color that is on back order Extreme Tactical Dynamics will still process your order as we do all others. We will update your account within 5 business days of the original order date to provide an estimated time frame of product availability. At that time, you may choose to either wait for the back ordered item to be available, change the order to a different item or color, or request a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date of the back ordered item. After the 30 days a store credit will be issued. We will strive very hard to keep all items and colors in stock. A typical back order is generally already in production and usually only lasts between 5-14 business days from the time of purchase, however certain items may take longer to manufacture.
Partially shipped orders with a back ordered item will be notated on the packing list. Once the back order becomes available the item will be shipped standard UPS ground, USPS priority or USPS first class mail. Orders that have not been partially shipped and the complete order is back ordered once available will ship standard UPS ground, USPS priority or USPS first class. If you require faster shipping quotes you will need to contact our customer service department for them to process for you (quotes are based on delivery destination, weight and size of package).
Any items that are received by the purchaser that are damaged must be reported to our customer service team via email within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation time stamp. Failure to comply with this rule can invalidate your claim.
Any package that you receive that has a missing items (Not already notated as a back ordered or non shipped on your packing slip),or misplaced package Must be reported to Extreme Tactical Dynamics within 12 hours from time stamp of delivery date. We will require you to provide a police report for an shipping claim that has missing items or missing shipments.
Extreme Tactical Dynamics is not liable for missing packages or missing items that are reported by our shipping partners (USPS or UPS) as delivered.
