30 Day - Return/Exchange Policy:
Extreme Tactical Dynamics is committed to customer satisfaction, offering a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for products purchased through our website, www.ExtremeTacticalDynamics.com.
Initiation Period: The eligibility period for a return or exchange commences on the date the item is delivered to the purchaser, as verified by delivery confirmation or proof of delivery from shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Authorization Process: To initiate a return or exchange, it is necessary to obtain authorization from Extreme Tactical Dynamics' customer service team. We emphasize that authorization cannot be granted over the phone; instead, an email request is required. Upon receipt of your request, you will be provided with crucial return information, including an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and a detailed Return/Exchange form, within 48 business hours. Please ensure the item is postmarked for return to our warehouse within the 30-day period to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returns without the appropriate RMA# and completed Return/Exchange form will not be accepted.
Documentation Requirement: In certain cases, to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process, you may be requested to include photographs or a video along with the Return/Exchange form to better illustrate the condition of the item being returned.
Condition for Return/Exchange: Items custom-built for customers are not eligible for return or exchange. All items must be in their original, brand-new condition, including items, parts, and packaging. Returns or exchanges will be declined if the item shows signs of use, such as opened internal packaging or installation attempts, and the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If payment for return shipping is not provided within 30 days of receipt in our warehouse, the item will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
Shipping and Handling: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. For returns, the original shipping cost incurred by Extreme Tactical Dynamics will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies even in cases where the customer received subsidized shipping. For exchanges, shipping costs back to the customer will not be covered by Extreme Tactical Dynamics.
Undeliverable Items: Items refused or undeliverable will be refunded or credited, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
Processing Time: Exchanges are typically processed within 1-10 business days upon receipt. Refunds are issued within the same timeframe and refunded via the original payment method only. Please note, banking institutions may require an additional 2-4 business days to make the funds available in your account.

Cancellation Policy:
At Extreme Tactical Dynamics, we understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day cancellation policy from the date of purchase for a full refund.
To cancel an order, please submit your request via email to Accounting@ExtremeTacticalDynamics.com. This ensures your request is officially recorded with a time stamp. It’s essential that the cancellation email comes directly from the original purchaser using the email address provided at the time of order. This is to confirm the authenticity of the request. Please note, we cannot accept cancellations from third parties.
For your cancellation to be processed efficiently, it must be initiated at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping label creation. This window allows us sufficient time to halt the order before it enters the shipping process. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom orders once they have been forwarded to manufacturing due to the bespoke nature of these items.
Refunds will be processed for orders cancelled within the 30-day period, without exception. Should the cancellation request be made after this period, a store credit will be issued instead. Refunds or store credits are typically processed within 1-10 business days following the cancellation. However, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account, as processing times may vary.
