The black wire is always the ground, and you always must ground a light system, so you’ll need a lot of black wire. Before ordering a light from ETD, be sure to check how much red and black wire you have. It’s frustrating to receive one of our lights, then not be able to wire it right away because you don’t have the right colored wire.
