When you know exactly where you’re ALWAYS going to want more light, a surface mount spotlight is what you’re looking for. The Velocity 4, with its 4 Generation IV 3-Watt LEDs, provides the light you’ll need to clearly see the holes, branches, stumps, whatever’s in your path. Mount it ‘flush’ in the middle of the hood, or buy 2 for either side of the bumper or for the fenders. It’s made with die-cast aluminum and polycarbonate, 2 of the toughest materials around; they don’t dent, shatter, crack, or break. That’s what you want with an OFFROAD light! If you think you want more than 12 Watts (720 lumens), then take a look at the Velocity 6 Surface Mount; it has 18 Watts (1080 lumens) and is a little brighter. Both run on 10-30 volts and come with adjustable, stainless steel brackets. The ‘4-Spot’ and the ‘6-Spot’ meet the IP-67 Rating which means no dirt or moisture will get into the light...that is unless you go off road into a lake that’s over a meter deep...and you leave it!
